Odin the Creator

Today we have looked at different ways of remembering stories. We gathered around the campfire to share sagas together. We love story telling and coming up with ideas.

  1. Once upon a time there was a man named Oden he was a god .One day he got extremeley bored so he walked away and thought about what he was going to do.Then an idea shot into his head then he thought that he could so he gave it a shot. He tried and tried and finally made sky and the first place on earth, it was snowy blowy and very uncomfortable the snow looked like sugar and flower. Secondly he built the second bit of land name Midgard it was beutifal, it was a human land, it was gorgeous there was no sound and not a cloud in the sky. Next he created humans, they were very sweet and were very cheerful. After that he built Agard, the city for gods, in that city he built a luxourious palace made of gold it looked lovely and also hade a beautifaul multicoloured rainbow.

  2. One day the great God Odin decided to create the world. The Gods decieded to make a home for their enimies the giants not a brilliant home a whole land of ice nothing but iceburgs and freezing sea. Then suddenly the Gods got bored so they desinged land for the humans with rivers, and lots of greeney. Sunshine always shone a perfect shine . But it was not good with no humans so the intelligent gods created two very, hairy humans and they lived there. Odin shouted where will we live? A golden palace gold in the day and silver in the night Odin said in his head.we shall live here for ever.

  3. One day there lived a god called Odin he decided to create the world because it was so boring so he thought that he would make it more fun. He explained that he wanted to make a place full of ice for Giants. It's not brillant but it will do Odin thought and then a cold breeze came out of his mouth. Then he said he wanted to make a home for people. He held his hands together then appeared a beautiful place full of green grass and trees. He sighed but there's no people! So he rubbed two trees together and a male and a female appeared and they lived there. Then I mumbled where am I gonna sleep and then in a woosh a ginormous casle appeared out of the ground! It was gold when the sun was out and it was silver when the moon was on it. And he made a rainbow bridge appear so people could walk over to the casle and he lived happily ever after.

  4. One day Odin thought "I'm going to build places " So he did . First he built the land for the giants to live in ,although to him giants are enemies. After that he made the human world and put people on it . At last he made a castle not a brick castle, a golden brick castle! For the last touch he made a bridge out of a a giant colourful rainbow to walk on. At last they had a place to live in, the amazing thing was that it glowed at night.

  10. One day a god called Odin thought he would make the world more exciting. First he took a deep breath and blew out an icy cold wind which created huge white mountains and frosty lakes, which would be the home of the giants.

Next he took a softer breath and blew out a warm breeze. This made grass, trees and flowers spring out of the earth like a jack-in-the-box. Then he squeezed 2 trees and they turned into two hairy humans.

Finally he made an enormous colourful castle with a rainbow bridge arching over to the land.

    2. Once there lived, a viking who was born first, and his name was Odin. Odin had made the Vikings all around the world and even made countries. But until their enemies came the giants. Odin had made 3 different places. Number 1 had had an enormous breath and a beautiful land, that had cold breezes and tall white mountains and ,cold, hard, icy rivers that giants could break and drink the cold waters. Number 2 had a peacefull land with trees , flowers and warm breezes. But Odin made all the trees to big , hairy adults and all the flowers to there little babies. Then last off all Odin made another land with a enormous colourful castle with a rainbow bridge arching over to the land.

    3. Fantastic stuff Zoe!! Some brilliant adjectives. Remember to try and use adverbs to describe how the giants drank the water and how the flowers blew in the breeze.
      Very impressed.

  15. One day Odin the leader of the viking gods desided
to make a world.first he made the city of the giants.
He made a chilly cold damp horrible city coverd in snow and hills.Though the giants were his enimies.
Suddenly he got an idea.closey follawed by breath soothing smoothly down the new land he named it
    Midgard.
Then golden mist flew up in the air and developed a golden castle and called Asgard. To finish it all up a rainbow soaring across the sky that connected from Asgard to Midgard and that the story of Odin.
