  1. It was pleasant to feel the cool breeze blowing gently on his tanned face. Mac had just come back to Telford after his trip to the tropical rainforest in Africa.

"How did it go?" Asked Mac's wife Sue cautiously.
    "Oh; fine." He replied.
"Come on; tell me," She begged; so Mac did.

"The first thing I saw when I arrived was a mass of enormous trees, in every shade of green you can think of! Small, lime green bushes surrounded me, covered in tiny pink and yellow flowers with dainty little petals. The giant trees had leaves as big as palm leaves that created shade from the sizzling sun. Monkeys swung from branch to branch while Toucans and butterflies swarmed around me. Minute ants scuttled hurriedly onto leaves that lay on the crowded floor. Next to me was a water hole , with crocodiles and alligators basking contentedly in the shade. After what seemed like hours,I packed my pen knife (you never know when you will need one)a first aid kit and marshmallows (in case I get hungry). I then set out to explore!"

"Carefully, I cut my way through a path of thorns and brambles into a clearing. The trees had cleared leaving a bare patch of grass. Wearily, I sat down on a toasting rock and fell fast asleep."

    "SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSsssssssssssss!"
"I woke up immediately. A large, scaly figure was hovering above me , licking it's jaws. Startled, I hurried backwards, only to my shock and horror to see... A snake!"

"Suddenly, it darted swiftly towards me, slithering across the grass to were I was sitting! Panic-stricken, I grabbed my pen knife and held it up , backing away as I did so. What was I supposed to do? I wasn't a professional snake killer and here I was ; lost in a rainforest and about to be eaten by a King Cobra! I knew my life was going to be over when...
" We will, We will rock you!"
"The tone on my mobile! Of course! I could ring someone! But I had no need to. The sudden sound of the music had frightened the snake away! "Now I shall go home!" I reassured myself but just then...
Bother! The phones dead. But that wasn't the end. At Beaver camp many years ago, I had learnt to signal! Hurriedly, I stepped into the light and held my phone up to the sun, hoping it would work. And it did!"

"Eventually, a plane saw the light from the sun that had reflected onto my phone and I was rescued! That is what happened!

  4. one day two girls were walking in the jungle miserably.
"Oh no we haven't got any food or water," I screamed. So I dug a hole into the ground to look for water but he fond worms and water. so the sadly ate the worms. Me and my friend Natasha had been lost in the jungle for 2 hours. But then 3 days later they found a helicopter heading there way. It was hovelling down near them.
"Were saved," shouted Natasha waving her arms in the air. They were flown back to safety.

  7. One glorios day an 11 year old girl called Julie went to go and get some medicene for her gran, becuse her gran and Julie's parent lived together. The only problem with Julie was that she had a problem because she fainted once every month without a doubt. Her and her parents didn't know what is was.

Julie set off and she uncontiosly stepped out of the front door. She could feel her legs going jelly, and her tummy doing summersalts this was because since she started having her problem with fainting she never went out ever again after that. But for this reason Julie had to get her confidence back because her gran was almost dying.

The trip to get to the medicene shop was about an hour. It had been round 45mins now and all of a sudden '!BANG,SMASH,CLATTER!' Julie had fainted. She had also fainted in the most awful place where nobody could see her at all.

It had been minutes turning to hours turning to days turning to months. Poor old Julie still hadn't been found after 5 months and she was absolutly starving and nearl ydying with thirst. She had loads and loads of visitors such as rats in the night, snakes in the summer and also bees, hedgehogs in Autum, all sorts from anywhere round the country.

A month later(6 months)an old lady came trotting alond taking her time and found poor old little Julie and rescued her. The old lady elegantly held her hand and Julie showed her where the medicene shop was and the lady bought the medicene for her and also bought some for her Nan(who was no wgetting worse). Julie directed the lady to her house and they all were safe and soud in their house.
